　　3.They have no vision, and when there is no vision, the people perish.

　　讓我們正視面前的嚴(yán)峻歲月，懷著全國給我們帶來的熱情和勇氣，懷著尋求傳統(tǒng)的、珍貴的道德觀念的明確意識(shí)，懷著老老少少都能通過格盡職守而得到的問心無愧的滿足。我們的目標(biāo)是要保證國民生活的圓滿和長(zhǎng)治久安。
